Can True Luxury Exist on a Cruise Ship?

To answer a question with a question: Have you ever soaked in a tub with L'occitane foam bath while at sea? Because I have.

Whale watching in Seward, Alaska

After sailing with Regent Seven Seas, I can personally say that yes, you can certainly find luxury on a cruise ship. We sailed throughout Alaska about the Regent Seven Seas Explorer where no detail went unnoticed and we felt like rockstars.

Utilizing their free laundry service meant that not only were our clothes freshly pressed after travel, but cleaned and folded before we went home.

Days at sea offered culinary classes with the chef, guest lectures, warm lattes, luxurious throw blankets on the pool deck loungers, and an included thermal suite at the spa.

Off the ship, Regent offered hundreds of included excursion options but for those wanting to take a one-in-a-lifetime helicopter ride over a glacier, they can certainly arrange that for you as well.

We experienced Alaska for the first time in the best way possible - on a smaller ship. The all-suite Explorer boasts a maximum of 746 guests onboard. When it comes down to it, I highly recommend splurging a little and really doing it right.

I can’t wait to experience Regent Seven Seas in other locations. You can choose active ports like Cabo, San Lucas, or the Great Barrier Reef, foodie adventures like sampling Australian wines in Adelaide, or take in the history and culture as you sail around Greece.

I’d love to chat with you to tell you even more about my luxurious experience aboard Regent Seven Seas. Reach out to me today.
