How we use it
To prepare quotes and proposals, complete and service your bookings, communicate about your travel, and — if you opt in — send occasional newsletters. We do not sell your information.
Who we share it with
Only the suppliers required to fulfill your travel (airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, transfer providers) and our host agency, Travelmation, LLC, along with service providers who help operate this website.
Sensitive information
Please do not submit passport numbers, payment card details or medical records through website forms. When those details are required, we will request them through a secure channel.
Private client pages
Proposal and group pages are published at private, unguessable links and are not indexed by search engines or listed anywhere on this site. Please share your link only with people you want to have access, and let us know if you'd like a link deactivated.
Retention and your choices
We keep booking records as long as needed for servicing, accounting and legal requirements. You may request a copy or deletion of your information, or unsubscribe from marketing emails, at any time by emailing team@travelwithgraceandjoy.com.
